Four ways to submit the photo:
  • Scan the photo and attach to an email with the corresponding nomination form to sankenman@miami.k12.ok.us
  • Attach a digital camera image to an email with the corresponding nomination form to sankenman@miami.k12.ok.us
  • Print the nomination form, place the photo in an envelope in school mail to the Technology Department, in care of Sandy Ankenman
  • Print the nomination form, place the photo in an envelope and deliver to Central Office in care of Enrichment Foundation
