Dear Faculty, Staff, and Administration,

Your local Enrichment Foundation has entered 2003-04 with the same important goal, helping to enrich the educational experience for Miami children.

The current grant application form is now available in both a printable and a Microsoft Word format at http://www.miami.k12.ok.us/co/downloads.htm. It is our goal to make the grant process more streamlined so you can spend less time with the paperwork and more time with your students. We hope it is beneficial.

Attached to this newsletter is an application for membership to the Foundation. Two years ago the board added a new membership level for the faculty and staff of the school district. Our decision was greeted very positively, as many of you and your colleagues decided to join the Foundation. The district’s teachers and staff have always been our biggest partners in helping the children, and it was very reassuring to see so many of you felt our cause was worthy of your financial contributions. If you have not already done so, please consider becoming a member of the Foundation and help us give back to our schools and children.

We as a board look forward to continuing to help you educate our children in creative and innovative ways. If at any time we can be helpful to you or your students, please do not hesitate to ask. We look forward to seeing your grant application and hope you can attend the annual banquet to join us in recognizing this year's award winners.
